HQ at 100

The World Rugby Museum is celebrating Twickenham Stadium’s centenary season with a special exhibition looking back over the century and highlighting the great games and players that have made Twickenham such a special place. The exhibition will also examine how the stadium has changed over the years to become the impressive, multi-purpose building it is today. ‘HQ at 100: One Century Hundreds of Moments’ features highlights such as the shirt of Ben Gronow, the man who kicked off the first international at Twickenham, the original deeds to the land that the Stadium is built upon and a fabulous model of the ground today. The exhibition also celebrates all of the players on the Museum’s Wall of Fame, with your choice of ‘Player of the Century’ being revealed on 2nd November. It’s not too late to vote for your favourite player at rfu.com/museum. The exhibition will run at the World Rugby Museum from 2nd October 2009 to April 4th 2010. Admission to ‘HQ at 100’, the World Rugby Museum and a Stadium Tour costs just £14 for adults, £8 for concessions and £40 for a family. Call 020 8892 8877 for more details or visit rfu.com/museum
